I’m Heather.
And before anything else, I’m human.
Just like you.
I’ve lived through things I didn’t always understand.
I’ve carried more than I talked about.
And for a long time, I thought something in me was broken.
It wasn’t.
What I came to realize, slowly, and then all at once is this:
The pain.
The chaos.
The patterns I couldn’t seem to escape.
They weren’t signs that something was wrong with me.
They were pointing me somewhere.
Back to myself.
Back to my body.
Back to a deeper connection with God.
Not in a way that required me to become someone else,
in a way that asked me to finally be honest
about what I had lived through…
and what needed to heal.
There’s a lot in the healing and spiritual space that can feel overwhelming, confusing, or disconnected from real life.
Some approaches stay entirely in the body.
Some stay entirely in the spiritual.
My work exists in the space between. It’s grounded in radical honesty, science, spirit and experience.
And it honors both what you’re living through, and what may be moving beneath it.
If you’re unsure about any of this, that’s okay.
You don’t have to believe what I believe.
You don’t have to understand everything right away.
You don’t have to have the language for it.
You just have to be willing to begin where you are.
I’m far from perfect.
I’m still learning.
Still growing.
Still having my own human experience in all of this.
There are still messy moments.
Moments that stretch me.
But I’ve walked far enough down this path to know that healing is possible.
That peace isn’t something reserved for someone else.
And that the power and beauty of “sacredness” is available to everyone.
